Life on Campus

In this series, I worked with real people from the campus community.

I wanted to create images that felt genuine, with authentic emotion and personality.

I needed to be strategic and quick on my feet. So, I focused on one variable, connection. I planned to show up completely present and just engage with my subjects.

Right away, the images looked alive and believable.

What I didn’t expect was that being in a community of young people full of possibilities would energize my work and re-ignite my passion for photography.

Connecting with people is at the heart of why I started this journey.
